This is especially useful in the visualization of different materials used as well as giving you the precise dimensions within the scope of the project. About THE OWNER
My name is Conrad Schwarz and I am a co-founder of Schwarz Design Studio. I grew up watching my dad, Jim Schwarz of Schwarz Pools, sketch on his drafting table different pools and landscapes. He used different kinds of markers and pens to illustrate every detail to clarify what he would be building in the client's yard. The finished draft would come out looking more like a piece of art than any other architectural concept image that I’ve seen before. This is where my interest in designing began.
After high school, I took design and drafting classes to learn my father's trade. It was in those classes that I learned about advanced CAD software and decided to shift my focus to that form of drafting. The original plan was for me to learn how to use the software and teach it to my father, but we decided to leave the 3D work to me as I became proficient with the program and was able to handle all of the company's 3D designs.
Schwarz Design Studio started as a branch of Schwarz Pools, creating 3D designs and site plans for our clients. As the design work gained traction on its own, this branch broke off and formed a name for itself.
I am very thankful for my roots and continue to grow- keeping in mind the diligence, honesty, and quality that was instilled in me at Schwarz Pools. I look forward to working with you and creating something incredible together!
