Expert Consultation
I want to hear from you- and I will give professional advice to make sure you are getting the most out of your yard with no wasted space.
Design Agreement
Here is where we will discuss municipal guidelines to make sure the proposed solution is a viable option. This will be an all inclusive list that states everything we will be doing for you.
Project Briefing
Before jumping into the Design Process, we must first gather all necessary resources to guarantee an accurate design/plan. Measurements, Pinterest Boards, Photos of Property, and the Location of the Gas Meter/ Electric Panel are a few means that we obtain.
Design process
(The fun part!) With all previous steps finalized, it’s time to get your new yard designed. Once the initial design is finished, it will be sent to you for review. With your feedback, we will be able to finalize the project and tailor the design to match your vision.
Site Plan/ Permitting
Once the design concepts for your yard have been approved by you, our team will proceed to develop thorough construction plans that will serve as the blueprint for the building phase.
Prep for Building Phase
At this point I will be in contact with your builder/contractor to ensure the plans are sufficient for their build. Although not common, some changes may still be required in this stage to comply with the builders needs.
